The Brief: To perform a strategic brand audit and provide any recommended improvements

Signature Oysters is Australia’s leading oyster retailer. Starting out as a small family-run farm, they’ve expanded into a much larger operation. We were approached to perform a brand audit and provide recommendations to better align the brand with the changing market conditions (such as COVID-19, La Niña and flooding).

We analysed the Signature Oysters website, social media channels, and overall branding and provided recommendations based on market research. It was identified that the original website needed improvements in SEO, user experience, brand application, copy and photography.

The Result: the website was updated in accordance with our recommendations which included improved copy, imagery, user experience and brand applications.
